1. What sizes do you carry?
We currently offer sizes S - XL
2. Do your pieces run true to size?
Yes, our pieces are designed to fit true to size. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on your location.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, PayPal, and all major credit and debit cards.
5. Can I choose different sizes for the top and bottom in a set?
At this time, our sets are sold as one-size combinations (e.g., Small top & Small bottom). We currently do not offer mix-and-match sizing, but we’re always looking for ways to improve and appreciate your feedback!
6. Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns and exchanges on unused, unworn, and unwashed items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. To start a return or exchange, email support@fitnessbyovo.com or ovofitnessllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
Please note:
- Items must have tags attached and be in original condition.
Sale, limited edition, and custom items are final sale. - Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 72 hours and we’ll resolve it at no cost to you.
